Natasha is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Masters of Divinity and Counselling from Tyndale University College & Seminary. She is honored to walk alongside clients and support them through different life experiences. Natasha truly believes that some of our best victories are won through showing up, being vulnerable and courageously learning from circumstances.
She prefers to utilize an eclectic model of therapy employing interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Her specialty areas involve: anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, panic attacks, stress, relational concerns, dating, and life transitions.
Natasha aims to cultivate a welcoming, non-judgement, collaborative and client-centred environment for clients to rumble through their experiences to encourage growth, self-awareness and healing. She utilizes an experiential approach, Emotionally Focused Therapy, to help couples attain secure and meaningful emotional connection. Additionally, as a Prepare and Enrich Facilitator, she offers premarital counselling to couples looking to enrich their relationship in the next chapter of life.
