Whether you are challenged by racing thoughts, worrying incessantly about the future, feeling stuck, unable to cultivate joy in your life or want a life change but don’t know where to start, having the courage to ask for help is the first step.
As a Therapist, building an open and trusting therapeutic relationship with my Clients is of utmost importance. Therapy is a process that unravels differently for everyone. I meet clients exactly where they are on their path in life, using an interactive, warm and non-judgemental approach. I create a safe space where feelings are validated, and Clients are heard. I would be honored to walk beside you on your journey and guide you along the way.
I offer a strength-based and holistic approach to treatment which consists of incorporating a wide variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques tailored to your needs and style.

More Than Just My Work:
I am an avid cyclist and have spent the past 10 years racing bikes all over Canada and the U.S.A. When I am not at work you can find me outdoors, travelling the world, baking, and spending time with family and friends. Chocolate is my weakness, specifically milk chocolate, and I enjoy nothing more than a nice cup of espresso first thing in the morning.
