Our brain is made up of intertwining electrical highways that carry our thoughts, memories, perceptions, and experiences, all of which are established and maintained by its genetic and cellular underpinnings. However, these pre-determined roads can often fail us. The consequences of trauma, illness, systemic challenges, personal experiences or genetic predisposition can change our perception of the world, the way we interact with it, and our own unique narrative. This humanizing aspect of the brain can prevent you from living your most authentic, fulfilling, and healthiest life. But change is possible.
As a Psychotherapist and a Neuroscientist, I understand that an individual is more than the sum of their parts, requiring a unique and a catered approach to finding clarity. Creating a safe and non-judgemental environment allows my clients to tell their own life narrative authentically and openly. Through a collaborative approach, I empower my clients to walk through the fuzzy parts of their experiences that keeps them in a cycle and to be able to clearly articulate a path to happiness. Every client is unique and so is their story.
