I practice a variety of evidence-based and evidence-informed therapeutic approaches from a trauma-informed perspective. I respect each person’s lived experiences and work to transform emotional difficulties.

 

Ira is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy and has worked with clients in different settings, including private practice, counselling centres, schools, and children’s mental health agencies. She is a candidate for AAMFT Approved Supervisor and has served as a supervisor for therapists seeking registration with CRPO.
