Grace Nobleza Chua
MBA, MDiv, RP
I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental setting for you to find direction and hope for yourself or your family. Within my professional practice, my client feels heard, understood and empowered to find healing and balance in their lives. Clients can find a space to relax the “busy mind” without feeling guilty. I work with teens, young adults, working professionals, couples and seniors who are dealing with various mental health or relational issues and seek to create connections with people that allow for openness and vulnerability.
Support and tools through personal counselling help my clients become effective in managing stress, anxiety, depression, relationships and life transitions. Models of therapy are customized to your needs and include: CBT (Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy), EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy).
A life of apathy and mediocrity is not what we are meant to live. My work is to provide you with an alternative perspective and to equip you with tools to live with awareness, intention and purpose. It will be my privilege to walk with you through this journey.
Grace is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Tyndale Seminary graduate with a Masters in Divinity Degree in Clinical Counselling. She has volunteered as a counsellor at The Salvation Army – Oshawa Family Services for two years.
