You’re not alone. 

Many people are experiencing high anxiety right now. The 4 Week Covid Anxiety Support Group has been designed with you in mind. Over four weekly sessions, you’ll be given tools on how to cope with the ups and downs of this pandemic.

Every session will be facilitated by two of our Therapists and include:

  • A guided mindfulness practice

  • A structured space for sharing experiences

  • Psycho-education about anxiety

  • An ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) exercise


The group is $50 per session ($200 for all four weeks). Covered under most insurance benefits.

Meet our Facilitators

The Covid Anxiety Support group is designed and facilitated by Cordelia Huxtable, Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying). Cordelia has experience running mindfulness therapeutic groups for people experiencing anxiety and other challenging emotions. 

Cordelia will be supported by Ashley Latendresse, a psychotherapy intern experienced in supporting people in distress.
