You’re not alone.
Many people are experiencing high anxiety right now. The 4 Week Covid Anxiety Support Group has been designed with you in mind. Over four weekly sessions, you’ll be given tools on how to cope with the ups and downs of this pandemic.
Every session will be facilitated by two of our Therapists and include:
A guided mindfulness practice
A structured space for sharing experiences
Psycho-education about anxiety
An ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) exercise
