Chanel Frank

M.Psy., Clinical Associate

When life’s challenges begin to interfere with your abilities and prevent you from obtaining your full potential, it may be time to seek a consultation.

By combining therapeutic modalities paired with a safe and collaborative environment, I aim to provide an individualized approach to help you identify the root of your symptoms and challenges, provide relief from them, and explore new possibilities. I believe that everyone has the opportunity for change. When we develop our sense of agency, individually and collectively, we possess greater ability to achieve the results we seek. Shifting this power from external factors to exploring our unique selves, we soon discover the ability to overcome self-defeating patterns. I honour my client’s experiences and work with them to uncover their strengths to help facilitate desired change.

I also provide psychoeducational testing and evaluation for children, teens, and adult students who wish to identify the underlying issues interfering with their personal, academic, and/or social functioning. I have experience assessing individuals with ADHD or attentional challenges, learning disorders, and social-emotional difficulties, such as anxiety and depression.
