Life can feel overwhelming and beyond our capacity, especially when our self-doubts and fears get in the way of our daily living. I work to help you tackle these challenges in a way that fit you, your lifestyle, and goals for therapeutic change.
By utilizing psychodynamic and interpersonal approaches, I aim to understand your experiences by gaining your perspective on life. I strive to help my client recognize patterns in their thoughts, feelings, and core beliefs in order to offer insight into their present self and situations. I believe that everyone has the ability for change, but we must grant ourselves the power and agency to do so. When we shift this power from external factors and begin exploring our unique selves, we soon discover the ability to overcome our self-defeating patterns. I honour my client’s experiences and work with them to uncover their strength and resiliency to help facilitate desired change.
Through a safe, warm, and welcoming environment paired with an empathic, collaborative, and individualized approach, my goal is to create a unique therapeutic alliance as the foundation for therapeutic change to help you tackle life’s challenges, and help prevent later suffering and hardship.

More Than Just My Work:
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy hiking, yoga, and horseback riding. You’ll often find me hanging out with my cat or in the kitchen exploring new recipes. At the centre of all of these, I am passionate about spending quality time with my family. I hope to one day create the family cookbook to pass on to generations!
