I offer an eclectic model of therapy that is based in attachment and integrates interventions from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I strive to create an emotionally safe, genuine & warm environment so that you can feel heard and understood. Adriana is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health.
